orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. tracking number is given after the order is placed
Return & Exchange Policy
A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present OR we have made a mistake with your order.
If there is a manufacturing fault or an issue with your order contact must be made with contact@groovinsurfco.com within 7 days of the date of delivery
To be eligible for a refund the item must:

Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date

Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Be returned with original tags on and in it's packaging
GroovinSurfCo reserves the right to reject exchanges/returns which do not comply with our exchange/return policy. Exchanges/returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for sizing errors
Shipping for the returned item must be paid by the customer. GroovinSurfCo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
